General Regulations:
Weddings are only scheduled with a priest after an initial meeting. They are done 6 months prior to the anticipated wedding date. Permission of non-parishioners must be obtained from their parish prior to scheduling an appointment. Convalidations have no waiting period. Friday Night Times:
The priest can discuss Friday options with the couple at the initial meeting.

Witnesses:
2 witnesses are required.
Servers:
Best Man is responsible for Altar Server Tips ($25 per server).
Rehearsals:
They are only on Thursdays unless prior arrangements are made at the time of scheduling.
Fees:
These are paid at the time of the first appointment. 50% refund for cancellations. Organist and Cantor are paid separately at the time of contract. St. Mary’s asks for a donation of $500 for parishioner and $850 for a non-parishioner. You must be an active member of the Parish for at least 1 year to receive the parishioner discount.
Additional fees: Organist $250, Cantor $200, Sacristan $50.
